Among my favorite apps, it has come in handy with my Instagram highlights as titles, or when a meme idea comes to me. I’ve used this before as well in my high school classes where I had to make a meme with the vocabulary words of the week. I’ve recommended this app to my friends before.

I stand by that this app has the best interface to make memes in, giving you plenty of freedom to add what you want. I just wish that they update the new templates more frequently. I pay for a subscription in hopes this app would continue to stay updated with new templates that are easy to put in what I want so I don’t have to hunt online for blank templates to import. Still recommend this app regardless!

It’s really good for making memes, but there hasn’t been anything new features in a while and there are other apps out there that have more options. I’m still going to use it, but just canceling the subscription.

Too limiting

Really like this app, it's easy to use for captions and is over all a good app, but thing is I wish I could use everything without paying for the vip pass.

App is plagued with bugs since a couple months after purchasing. Some GIFS persistently fail to export. GIFS come out with black pixelation randomly, resolution of output media is downgraded, frame rate stutters on longer gifs, shapes behind text come out either 1) in the opposite area of where they are shown (e.g. mirrored position) or 2) disappear entirely with both GIFS and video exports. No way I’m renewing my subscription.

I’ve tried a few different meme making apps, but this is the one. I’ve had the pro version for well over a year. My wife and I have a meme page on Facebook with 100k followers that we run together, and this app is how we create memes for it.

I’ve had this app forever I think I paid some amount for it. Subscriptions in apps are the most toxic thing ever.

What I said above; they do a good job.

The app’s App Store page shows that this has Family Sharing support, however, that’s not the case. The app only allows the subscription to be used by the original purchaser and not any other family members. I tried Restoring Purchases in the app too, which also said that “… no active subscriptions could be found” on the family member’s device. What a rip off, as expensive as the subscription is for a very basic meme maker.

They advertize it as free, just so they can charge you for the Pro version the minute you want to do anything, like add color to the background. IT IS NOT FREE! They only say that to rope you in.

Had this app for free for 5 yrs. Now it won’t work. Downloaded again and now they want $23 Bye

If all the options that Free Form has was available for the other types of templates I would give it five stars. Also it would be great to be able to have a slider to adjust the outline on text size like other apps have.
